Spin a Catboy Gamepasses
What each Robux pass actually buys, and which ones to skip until a Secret sits on a pad.
Spin a Catboy sells six Robux passes on the experience store. None of them are codes. Typing LUCK into the redeem box will not grant the LUCK pass. This page is the shopping list: price, job, and when the purchase is a trap. Pair it with the mutation ranks if you are staring at Mutation Hunter, and with how to play if you have not filled the Base yet.
Mugpugs listed these rows shortly after the 14 July 2026 launch. Until the store adds a seventh pass, treat this table as the whole catalog. We do not invent a battle pass, a season track, or a luck slider that the HUD does not show.
The six passes
| Pass | Robux | What it does | Buy when |
|---|---|---|---|
| More Storage | 49 | Extra inventory slots | You are selling commons you wanted to keep, or Secret hunting with a full bag |
| 2X CASH | 59 | Doubles cash income | The plot is already full and you are saving for Eclipse or 50B packs |
| Auto Skip | 79 | Skips pack open animations | You already have a stack of Eclipse or 50B packs to open |
| LUCK | 119 | Improves pack rolls | You can name the crate you will open next; not a first-hour buy |
| VIP | 119 | Comfort / quality-of-life | After Storage, 2X CASH, and Skip if you still want a nicety |
| Mutation Hunter | 799 | Mutates units you already own | A Secret (or your actual best earner) is already placed |
Prices are Robux, not in-game cash. A [2X] flag in the experience title does not discount these rows. Title events are covered on 2X events.
Buy order that matches the loop
- Fill every Base pad with something that pays. Free. See getting started.
- Redeem ILOVECATS and RELEASE. Still free.
- If storage is the bottleneck, More Storage at 49 is the cheapest real fix. Selling duplicate commons is the free fix.
- If the plot is full and you are banking toward a 50B pack, 2X CASH at 59 is the honest income pass.
- Auto Skip at 79 only after you have a stack worth skipping. Skipping a cheap 1/100,000 crate does not create Secrets.
- LUCK at 119 is a roll helper, not a rate rewrite. Eclipse stays 1/100 until Mugpugs edits the description. Run the odds tool before you tell yourself LUCK “guarantees” a Secret.
- VIP is comfort. It does not place Catboys.
- Mutation Hunter last. Mutations apply to units you own. A 799 Robux pass on a plot of commons is a cosmetic flex, not a Secret farm.
That order is the opposite of how store UIs shout. The expensive tile is not the first click.
What a pass is not
A pass is not a code. The code checker will never list LUCK, VIP, or Hunter as redeem strings. If a YouTube overlay shows those words in a codes list, it copied the store, not the description.
A pass is not a script. Auto Skip is the official way to skip pack animations. The auto pack wishlist exists because people want a loop; the pass is the legal slice of that loop. Do not buy a key system because Skip felt slow.
A pass does not change published Secret rates. 1/100 Eclipse, 1/150 on 50B packs, and 1/100,000 on other packs stay in the Secret guide until the Roblox description moves.
Mutation Hunter without the cope
Hunter costs more than the other five passes combined. It is for accounts that already have a pad worth mutating. Rank targets on the mutation tier list. If your best unit is a common you have not upgraded, spend 59 on 2X CASH and keep opening the crate you can actually afford.
Hunter does not raise pack odds. It does not spawn Harriet. It does not complete the Welcome badge. It mutates inventory you already earned the hard way.
2X CASH versus a [2X] title
2X CASH is a permanent pass. A [2X] tag in the experience name is a temporary listing flag. They can stack in spirit (more cash while the tag is up, plus the pass), but they are not the same SKU. During a title event, collect Offline Earnings and save for Eclipse. Do not assume luck doubled. Details live on events.
VIP and Skip as quality of life
VIP is the pass people buy because the store put it next to LUCK at the same 119 price. If you can only afford one 119 purchase, LUCK is the gameplay one and VIP is the comfort one. Auto Skip is cheaper than both and only pays off when you already decided which crate to open in a stack.
More Storage is the pass new hunters underestimate. A Secret that drops into a full bag is a Secret you might sell by accident. 49 Robux is cheaper than Mutation Hunter and cheaper than rage-buying a script.
How we will update this page
When Mugpugs adds a seventh pass, this table grows a row the same day the store shows it. When a price changes, the table changes. We will not invent a “best Robux per hour” calculator that pretends 1/100 is a coupon.
If you are Robux-broke, you can still finish the loop. Codes, cheap packs, a full Base, one Skill Tree node, and a logout are the first-hour route. Passes accelerate. They do not replace pads.
Keep this page next to the pack tier list. The crate you open still matters more than the pass you bought, unless the pass was Storage and you were about to delete a Secret.

More Storage 49, 2X CASH 59, Auto Skip 79, LUCK 119, VIP 119, and Mutation Hunter 799 Robux.

No. LUCK is a 119 Robux pass. Listed codes are still ILOVECATS and RELEASE.
Should I buy Mutation Hunter first?
No. Place a real earner first. Hunter mutates what you already own.
