S-to-D ranks for units, crates, and mutations based on published rates.
A tier list for Spin a Catboy has to start from what Mugpugs actually published. Secrets are 1/100 in Eclipse, 1/150 in 50B packs, and 1/100,000 elsewhere. Super Secret is about a tenth of that. The rest of the roster is the usual incremental ladder: commons that fill land, mids that pay, Secrets that break the plot. We will not paste a Femboy or Kitty ranking and swap the names.

How we rank
Income first. A unit that sits on the plot and prints cash beats a trophy that sits in storage. That is why Secrets go high only if you actually place them.
Rate second. A crate that says 1/100 is S-tier for hunting. A crate that says 1/100,000 is D-tier for hunting and C-tier for filling empty pads.
Cost third. 50B at 1/150 is excellent if you can afford it and wasteful if it empties the plot’s upgrade budget.
Passes last. LUCK, 2X CASH, Auto Skip, VIP, More Storage, Mutation Hunter are Robux. They change how fast you climb a list; they do not rewrite the list.
We do not invent named S-tier Catboys the game has not shown. When a community unit such as Harriet is badge-confirmed, she is called out on the Catboys pages. Everyone else is ranked as a rarity band until Mugpugs publishes a full index.
How to use the lists in a session
New account: ignore S-tier Secrets. Fill land with whatever the cheap packs give you. That is the getting started rule, and it overrides any letter grade.
Mid account: follow pack ranks. Your only job is to stop buying D-tier crates with money that could have been a 50B open.
Late account: follow Catboy ranks for what to keep, pack ranks for how to hunt, mutation ranks only after Secrets exist.
If a YouTuber shows a unit we have not listed by name, treat it as its rarity band, not as a new god tier. Thumbnail power creep is how fake lists start.
What this hub is not
It is not a PvP list. There is no combat. It is not a trading value list; the experience is a six-player plot game, not a bazaar. It is not a copy of Spin a Fem’s Be Legendary / Cute Maid table.
